Driver crashes just before the finish line, will it be Finish or DNF?
If a driver crashes just before the finish line, car gets completely trashed, but coz of his momentum crosses the line, will it be considered Finish or DNF?

The driver will be scored as finishing the race, not a DNF. One event in recent history was Clint Bowyer in the 49th Daytona 500in 2007. See this link http://youtu.be/FaZLW4GxVcs

It counts as a finish as long as you pass the line with the checkered flag waving. It is only a dnf if you don't pass the finish line when the checkers are out

DNF stands for "Did Not Finish."
From there you should be able to answer your own question.
It's not a complicated concept, or verbiage, if you think about it.

It's a finish.
Not too long ago, maybe 2 seasons back, a car ran out of gas and was going very slow right before the finish line. Carl Edwards came up behind it and had a brain fart and slammed into the back of it pushing it across the line in front of him. I can't remember what race it was but I believe that car actually won the race. It's happened a few times but that's the most recent that I can think of.
