Nutrition Facts on Rice?
The nutrition facts on my rice say
1/4 cup:
Calories - 160
Protein - 3g
Carbs - 36g
Now, it doesn't specify if it means 1/4 cooked or raw.
I'm assuming 1/4 cup raw since cooked is just a ridiculous calories/volume ratio for rice. I'm just looking for some confirmation on my assumption so what do you guys think?
The rice brand is Rooster. Google "Rooster Brand Rice" and you'll see.

Always measure it raw, same goes for pasta. Cooked weight includes water which obviously has 0 calories and will skew your calculations
