Erectile dysfunction is when a man has difficulty getting an erection. Or keeping it long enough for sex. It’s also known as ED or impotence. It happens when not enough blood flows to the penis, preventing an erection. It's better to treat ED first by doing Kegel exercises or other effective methods before getting worse instead of using Viagra.

The appropriate answers here would depend on your age, general health and relationship status. It would also depend if your difficulty is generalized or situational and if the problem is physical or emotional. I would recommend first getting a medical exam to eliminate the possibility of physical health problems that can pose this problem. I see that you are concerned about finances, so there may be a low cost clinic or access to a subsidized health care system in your area. Your local state, ciry or county hospital should know if you call them, they can usually tell you how you might apply for health care assistance. Once you have ruled out physical health complications, then you may like to explore the context in which you have difficulty. Viagra has many health risks anyway and is not worth taking unless you are really desperate to be able to perform for your partner. Every man experiences occasional difficulty with this at some time, most often, it passes. Meanwhile, do not use alcohol, marijuana or other drugs before you intend to have sexual activity as those things interfere with sexual function. If you are healthy enough for exercise, exercise can help as it reduces stress and if maintained regularly over time can improve blood flow. Good luck.
