Should I end this soon to be relationship?

Me and this girl have known each other for two years, two months ago we decided we wanted to date. We've never met in person, we have Skyped, texted and call each other. I wanted to meet her and her family before we make it official. I still haven't met her or her family. She is giving me excuse after excuse. The past 3 days we have barely talked. She tells me she is not in the mood to talk or she is too busy. She reassures me that she still likes me and wants to be with me, but I'm tired of being ignored and feeling unwanted. Should I end things and move on? I've asked family and friends what I should do, but I need a second opinion.
