Should I quit my job that is making me miserable?

I've been at the same company since I graduated from college nearly 10 years ago. I've done very well and have gotten several promotions over the years. It is a good job and I am well paid, but there have been some changes recently. There has been a lot of personnel change in our area and new management. I no longer feel that this company is a good cultural fit for me. I've always gotten along well with my managers and they have supported me in my success over the years, but I do not have the best relationship with my new boss. The job is making me totally miserable and unhappy with my life. I have a good amount of money saved up that should last a year. I would like resign, recharge, and find a new position. Thoughts? For anyone who has gone through this, your advice would be appreciated.

I woud in many situations advise you reside and win the batlle yet he sounds like a foul bugger. according to risk that's some co-worker stirring the pot for relaxing because of the fact they don't have a existence of their very own? If he's inflicting all this troublethen he's a jerk and being close to him is purely pointless, after all that's been 3 months and if he's no longer over it now you're in for an prolonged holiday. I guess there are various different jobs you will get to extend on your occupation, you dont you concentration on that, that way you will boost on the comparable time as you will do away with your difficulty as quickly as and for all. Why no longer look for a activity in yet another city r usa with a view to benefit greater journey, it is an particularly relaxing and tutorial journey. =) good success to you and don't enable him get you down, some human beings are not woth getting dissatisfied approximately!

I'd say find another job first. No need to spend all your savings now, but maybe you could take a little vacation between jobs if the opportunity to do so is there.
