How do i stop eating so much?
So when the day starts i will constantly want something to eat well when i get bored i will eat so how can i stop this?

That used to happen to me.
When you feel like reaching for something to eat, rate your hunger out of a 1-5 (1 being starving & 5 being full) eat around the 2-3 range.
Make it habit to do something fun that doesn't involve eating. ride a bike! read a book, write a short story, anything to keep you from getting bored. Only eat when your hungry.
Setting goals also helps :)

One way to avoid eating to much is to drink two glasses of water before every meal. This way you will stay hydrated and feel just as full as you would eating a huge meal. Also try eating 6 smaller portioned meals instead of 3 big meals. This helps to keep your metabolism busy throughout the day while also making you feel fuller.
