Who is the best attorney in my area SLC, UT to represent me in a HIPAA complaint?

I completed the HIPAA complaint form and attachments and mailed it all out about a week ago. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to investigate and enforce this illegal crime? How do I find a lawyer to represent me? And how much compensation should I expect from the hospital once the investigation is done and enforcement rules and regulations are met?

there is NO compensation unless you can prove a loss.... how has the release of all or part of your PHR resulted in a financial loss?

    EDIT:

just to clarify, if you can prove a loss you will have to sue in civil court, the complaint you filled out will NOT get you anything.....

I do'nt think you will get compensation as HIPAA violations result in a fine to the hospital. If you think you have any loss you have to prove for claim.

No way to even guess how long it will take, or how much compensation you might get if any, without a lot more detail on what the issue was.
