Is it possible to have missed the presence of methampetamine in an autopsy?

What's the likelihood a medical examiner missed that when doing an autopsy?

The blood tests are standard and this would not be missed. It would be impossible to miss the obvious. Easy as reading a piece of paper. Tissues can be destroyed that would be used, but that does not apply to other tissues people don't think of, say the vitreous humor. A medical examiner is a medical doctor not readily fooled.
