Ab workouts with no equipment?
I'm 13 and I'd like to have my abs showing a little bit. I'm a girl so I do not want ripped or bulging out. I want a four pack to where you can see the lines slightly. I run track, cross country and I play golf and basketball. It's summertime so I was hopefully trying to be for for the upcoming school year. I am 4'8 and about 88-90lbs. I don't have equipment that I can use. I run about 10miles a week and in sometimes run a little more or less. Please help me figure out some an workouts :)

Take an old sheet and tie it around a tree or pillar or some object that you will never actually pull down in a million years. With it tied at about head height, turn around, and try to pull the tree down over your shoulder like a Santa sack. Just pull like mad, jerk at it, twist from side to side. Tie it low and try to pull up. Lean foward and hold it as long as you can.
People pay $1000s to do with with yellow ropes with comfy handles.
