Which knife is a better knife, Browning Hog Hunter Fixed Blade or buck 119 special fixed blade, it will be used for hunting/camping, also used as self defense as a last resort against a predator while hunting/camping

Well both are fixed blade, so that is good. But I would go with the Browning Hog Hunter because it has a better handle. The non-slip design would be better for outdoor use.

I relatively have skinned many rabbits with a small pocketknife. A 2 inch blade is appropriate. That blade is so super that that's going to be impractical for skinning. A drop-element skinning knife works properly for skinning. The clip element on that blade will capture. A fillet knife is extremely skinny. That blade is merely too thick to artwork properly. Skinning knives and fillet knives are so diverse which you would be able to't assume one blade to artwork properly for each job.
