Does wearing a beenie hat all the time slow hair growth?

or does it effect your hair in anyway

    No it wouldn't slow hair growth but it could start thinning the hair which has already grown. Even sleeping on one side of your head could cause the hair to thin on one side. Try not to wear a beanie all the time, or alternate between caps, hats and beanies so there isn't friction on the same spots all the time.

    I relatively have fostered a huge variety of childrens and an incredible variety of of the lads who've worn hats for long sessions of time do have very skinny hair, so i might say that over the years donning a hat might stunt the hair boost.
