In the words of Nietzsche:
"God is dead, and we have killed him."
Too late. God probably started as an acceptable idea and than we came along. Now it's been twisted into a tool of blind faith and ignorance.
I believe in God in some form, but I really don't like religion.

Well apparently he died for your sins according to Christianity. OF course you ask them who was running the universe when god was dead and they say god didn't actually die just jesus. Doesn't really make sense does it. God died but actually didn't die....

God can be killed, if he desires it. Man does not have the power to kill him otherwise.
Jesus had the power to prevent his execution, should he have desired to do so.
Matthew 26:53-54 "Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels? But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be?"
How then did Jesus allow himself to be killed?
John 10:17-18 "Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father."
Jesus had the power to prevent his death if he wanted to. Instead he allowed himself to be killed so that you and I would have the opportunity to live with him forever.

Only bodies can die.
God doesn't have one.

First a god has to exist and then we can go about determining that god's specific properties.

Nope, and after Christ comes again we all will be resurrected and we will never physically die again.

If God is all powerful and can do anything, then of course he could kill himself.

No way man. God is one and he is the creator of the universe. He is immortal
