Is there a remote control that learns ALL of its functions from other remotes ?

Thus far, I have not been able to find a remote which could learn all functions from my existing remotes, but does not have any pre-existing programming in it. Do you know if such a device exists, and if so, please advise where to purchase one.

Thank you in advance for your advice.

    Not anymore.

    Look into OneForAll remotes.

The better models learn (but have only so much learning memory), but with computer software and interface, you can analyze the learned signal data and create a much more memory efficient upgrade, at least for most remotes.

Look for a "Learning Remote" I had one years ago. You program each button by flashing the original remote signal into it.
