How to I get rid of the "Use YouTube As" option when I sign in?
It's really quite annoying: It gives me the option to use YouTube as either my channel or my google+ account. I always choose my channel and will never choose the Google+ account.
The only reason my Google+ is linked to there was because I was forced to in order to change my channel name.
Is there anyway to get rid of this option every time I sign in?

This is because you moved your YouTube channel to a different (a Google+ Page) Google account and are still signing in with the now-YouTube-less Google account despite your YouTube having its own, Try with different email/Google account username.
