Does anyone here STILL think George Zimmerman is guilty of murder?

Anyone who still thinks Zimmerman is guilty of murder is just a downright idiot.

Trayvon Martin did drugs and texted pictures of it, had GUNS illegally and also posted pictures of those, posted pictures of him trying to be a gangsta, and talked about how he loved FIGHTING. He has been suspended from school and was a big and athletic person. not some scrawny 12 year old the media will have you think.

Even a jury of 6 BLACK people would be forced to vote innocent for Zimmerman.

so, anyone? Didnt think so

Your missing the whole point here.....he is guilty of manslaughter. He has no right to shoot anyone....even if they are a thug/gang related piece of crrapp. He is a wanna be cop who could have shot him in the leg or wounded him and then let the police - the real police - arrest him. He didn't like blacks so he killed him. Plain and simple.

I am white myself. But I do not condone anyone just shooting someone because they are judge and jury over WHO should be shot. Or it's "better for society" to rid us of that person.

Zimmerman deserves at least manslaughter in this.

Source(s): He was told ahead of time to NOT GO THERE but he pursued him. Even Judge Judy would tell him he should have not followed the guy.

Thank goodness the Jury is not full of people of your character. You are basically stating that because a TEENAGER smoked marijuana, texted pictures, had guns and posted pictures, he deserved to lose his life. No one has said Martin had a criminal history, had a history of breaking and entering, had ever assaulted anyone. He was a TEENAGER. And the fact that he was Black has nothing to do with it. I have been around worse TEENAGERS who actually have adult criminal histories. Judging a person based on texts and pictures is not intelligent at all. The facts are that George Zimmerman killed Trayvon Martin. At the very least it is manslaughter. I do not believe Zimmerman profiled him. Zimmerman was hard headed and kept following Trayvon because he believed he looked suspicious. Trayvon was running away because he believed that Zimmerman looked suspicious. Zimmerman was trigger happy and would have killed anyone who looked suspicious. So where were these ILLEGAL GUNS Trayvon had? How does anyone even know those pictures were real? People post pics of fake money, fake guns all the time especially TEENAGERS. So based on your opinion because he was a wanna be GANGSTA and posted about It, he deserved to be killed while NOT committing a crime, while NOT carrying drugs, while NOT carrying a GUN and that Zimmerman wanna be cop while Disobeying law enforcement, with a documented history of violence against a police officer shouldn't be convicted of anything. That is the idiotic part. Do your research. A person does not have the right to put themselves in harms way then yell self defense. Really? So you are stating that if YOU follow someone in the dark in the rain, do not identify yourself as neighborhood watch, and that person turns on you and asks why are you following him, you have the right to shoot him dead? Wow. Zimmerman is guilty of taking a man's life period. Martin was unarmed, and minding his own business when Zimmerman spotted him, period. Zimmerman NEVER stated he witnessed Martin committing a crime, period. So basically Trayvon was killed for LOOKING SUSPICIOUS. You need more education or prayer.

Zimmerman is guilty of at least manslaughter because he initiated everything. Even if Trayvon was beating him with in an inch of his life, he would never have had to fight him in the first place if he wasn't being stalked. Why is Trayvon's behavior not considered self defense as well?

This trial is not about race. This is about George Zimmerman's guilt. He was looking for trouble the night (perhaps even looking to shoot his gun). His actions robbed an innocent teenage boy of his life. It's unfortunate that you seem to feel no sadness towards his death.

I do. He stalked Martin who was at the complex by invitation of his dad's friend. He went to get Skittles and Arizona Tea. I don't care if he was the leader of a local gang....if he was walking along, minding his own business....he did not deserve to be stalked.

Ok...Martin may have loved fighting but clearly Zimmerman loved playing cop. Zimmerman was following him. If you are being stalked....do you not react? Martin was 17. Zimmerman was an adult.

Zimmerman was clearly in the wrong and none of this would have happened if Zimmerman had stayed in his car, as the dispatcher told him to. Zimmerman brought all this on. All of it.

I agree with you, Zimmerman is innocent. It was an act of self defense! The whole case is basically playing different races. Blacks against whites. If you've seen the case recently, the prosecution is just failing! All of their witnesses said that treyvon called Zimmerman a "cracker" and Zimmerman had every right to defend himself. I hope he is not found guilty!

Yes I do!!!!!! I think this was all apart of zimmerman's plan. They had some break ins by black guys before so he felt like trayvon (being black) fit the description and didn't want him to get away. So he wanted trayvon to get the best of him in this fight, so he could've cried self defense after wards. Do you really think zimmerman wouldn't have hit trayvon at least once, or even scrape him once if this was a real showdown? really? I don't think so. I think it was premeditated and he wanted trayvon to die that very night. I don't think by him calling the police was wrong, but I feel like the way he handle the situation was wrong. Why couldn't he just ask trayvon when he saw him the first time, if he needed help or was lost etc etc. Why couldn't he just identified himself to trayvon, by telling him he was the neighborhood watchman, i mean if he really was trying to neighborhood. I've seen other neighborhood watchmen do it.

Martins past shouldn't matter in the time of his death he did nothing wrong walking down the street with snacks making his way home. Apparently it's a crime to exist. I'm not saying he's perfect, the way he carries himself makes respectable young blacks look bad. However, at the end of the day his death was uncalled for. Zimmerman didn't have to get out the car. He's not a cop. And it's not about race, I myself along with other whites see it this way. Zimmerman overstepped his boundaries way before he killed Martin.

    1. Z followed TM and the operator even stated not to follow him but apparently he did as well.

    2. Z changed his story and even stated that TM had his hand over Z's mouth, which makes Z screaming impossible.

    3. no defensive wounds on the hands of either Z or TM to indicate a life or death struggle.

    4. Z changes stories more than the wind because he said TM circled the car, said the 911 operator needed an address and they didn't ask him that.

    5. Look at the vid, no wounds whatsoever.

In the end, it really doesn't matter, murders in the USA happen everyday, this is just another story of unneeded violence.

Yes. I do. I think he should have been charged with Premeditated Murder. Or Murder 1. Of course they didn't because it's a white on black killing. So that makes it a "good kill".

Regardless of what Trayvon did or didn't do at some point in his life, the facts are that he was not doing drugs during his encounter with Mr. Zimmerman. Trayvon was not carrying a gun or fighting, not doing anything athletic, though that doesn't seem to be a crime, and didn't get suspended from school during his encounter with Mr. Zimmerman. So, since none of those happened during the encounter with Mr. Zimmerman, how does any of it apply?

Anyone who thinks all the cries and begging, pleading are not Martin's voice (after hearing a few words of Zimmerman) are not smart or lying. Martin was an average teenager. Zimmerman hothead assaulted a policeman, arrested for domestic violence, still lying creating fabrication while in jail and they proved it, and he was obsessed with getting responsible blacks for many breakins in neighborhood, told few neighbors to watch out for black men this reported by Wikepedia. Martin NOT known for violence! Martin managed to break free while being pinned down by Zimmerman by punching him, and ran away only to be tackled again by Zimmerman who was careful clever not to leave marks on Martin but force Martin to attack him to get away to provide himself a defense. Would you punch someone to get away after threatened you'd die tonight, felt or shown gun? WHO HAD THE GUN???! Think! I'm a conservative white. Rightness is what's important! Wrong is wrong.
