I have one atheist republican friend. But I live in a rural southern town, so I don't know how much that helps.

Do you mean a person who supports a the Republican party in the U/nited States or a person who supports a republican form of government? If you mean the latter, I would assume that atheists are over-represented among persons supporting such a form of government as Christians often supports monarchy in countries with a monarchy. If you mean the party in the USA many Christians vote Republican, but there are also libertarians, many of whom are atheists that vote for this party.

Yes, I know some. Among the atheists I know personally, slightly less than half are Republicans.

My boyfriend's college roommate was one of the leaders in our school's College Republicans. My boyfriend had a brief Republican phase himself. Both are atheists. So there are some, but they're not the majority.

I'm not an atheist republican, but I am a fiscal conservative (get rid of money and barter altogether) and a social liberal. I don't fit in either party. I don't like parties. they are antithetical to democracy.

Yes I do. I also know a couple of Jewish Republicans and a Buddhist republican, too.

You don't know the beliefs of any politicians. You only know what they claim about their beliefs in political speeches.
Political speeches are for the purpose of persuading people to vote for you.
