WWE vs WCW vs ECW: "Invasion"?

You're right that the Invasion was messed up. But Pillman had died long before Invasion, Bret Hart has retired due to his stroke and Kronus wasn't with ECW in 2001.

The ECW wrestlers were made to look weak and couldn't win a match without some sort of illegal tactics.

The WCW wrestlers, were mostly just mid carders and the ones that could wrestle were buried in favour of the likes of Austin and Angle.

As for matches, I would have had Lance Storm win one of the Mid Card titles and would have elevated RVD up to the main event. Tazz would win the WCW WHC and throw the belt down and cut a promo (Shane Douglas style) on how he wouldn't want to represent a company like WCW as its champion and get kicked out of The Alliance (like he did anyway) and go it alone. A better idea for the Tag Team titles would have been for The Dudleys and APA to have had a decent run togeather at the end of the angle.
