Is it even worth going back to bed?

I went to bed at 1 AM and I am still awake and it is now 6:11 AM according to my clock which might be a bit off but should i even bother trying to sleep

    Take a power nap (20-45 mins). They leave you feeling refreshed and less stressed. It's not worth going fully asleep.

    Well, if you have a job to go to or something that requires travel, I would make sure to do that first because you are probably going to get sleepy during the day and probably will not want the sleep affecting you.
