Any PC games similar to the Legend of Zelda?

What I loved most about all the LoZ games I played was the exploration. I'd see a chest or a blue rupee in a place that I couldn't get to and I'd just have to skip it. Then, later on in the game, I would get the hookshot, bomb, or whatever else and I could go back to get those rewards that I missed. It was one of the few games I've played where backtracking was actually fun.

So are there any other PC games with that kind of exploration element?

    The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. You get to explore a LOT and there are tons of missions. I love it!
