Why does the digest version of a group sometimes word-wrap and at other times it doesn't?
I receive one of my groups in digest form, in the new and improved format. About 1/2 of the time the digest arrives and it allows for word-wrapping in my email client; the other 1/2 of the time it extends beyond the right margin and to read it I have to scroll sideways. There's no pattern to this, but I can just about count that I'll get some every day (it's a very active group, alphatoomegahomesteading). I don't make changes in my email client, so that's not the root cause of this issue.
I don't understand what is varying from one digest to the next, but something definitely is. I am hoping that Yahoo will look at this and see if it can be fixed.
The email program I am using, in case it matters, is Forte Agent. This shouldn't matter, in my opinion, since none of the settings are changed or tweaked between receiving the digests that wrap or don't wrap the text. (I do have word wrap enabled in Agent.)

Hi,
The email program you're using could definitely be the cause of the problem. I recommend checking it to see if it has word wrap settings that are being enabled.
It could also be how group members are choosing to send emails. If they are using an email program that codes in word wrap (or not) that could have an effect on the basic function of the daily digest. My recommendation would be to view the message in the group to see if you see word wrap in group messages, when you see it in the digest. That will at the very least confirm if it's our system doing it after the message is received or if it's receiving the messages with that formatting.
If you can provide sample message numbers for messages that have this problem, I can look into the issue further for you.
