I need to lose weight. How?

I am so fat I need to lose weight. I would like to lose like twenty pounds. I don't want to look muscular though. Everyone says the rest of my weight just needs to be toned. I've been trying to convince my mother to go onto a diet with me as my mother needs to shed weight as do my younger siblings. She won't diet though. Neither will my siblings. My mom doesn't think I need to lose weight so she won't let me diet. What exercise should I do to lose the weight. I've been practicing my martial arts stuff as exercise. It just doesn't seem to work. I have also only been eating like one meal and occasionally a few goldfish a day, to keep below 1,500 calories. I only drink water. Any help is better then none. Oh by the way I want to lose on my stomach and thighs mostly. Anywhere is good though.

    Forget the weight and think "getting healthy."

    Make a list as to "Why?" you want to be more health.

    •Stay Hydrated, Sleep 7-8 Hrs per night

    •Exercise 30 minutes daily and work up to 45 minutes. Walk!

    Ur gonna have to buy ur own food then too diet. U know if u don't eat enough u can get fat too. Cuz if ur body doesn't think it's getting enough nutrients.. Anything u put into ur body will be stored for fat.
