First off there is no exact truth of anything, because truth is relative. Theres basics to human anatomy that can give around about answer as to when a person may stop growing, but Ive seen its different with everyone... just like how not all girls get their period at the same time... so you will never know an exact answer to this question

As another answer tells you, there is no "exact truth" about this and that is why you couldn't find help when you searched. Also, there is a problem with "when you stop growing". Are you speaking of physical growth? Or do you include emotional growth, mental growth and other non-physical aspects? Mental growth is both physical and meta-physical in that you continually grow brain cells and synapses (connections) all your life. Hopefully your mental capacity to learn will never reach a limit. Emotional maturity is hard to measure and continues to "change" all your life, though it is not necessarily "growing". As was pointed out, certain physical body parts continue to grow. Your bone structure becomes fixed at some point but your skin and underlying flesh continues to expand and contract depending upon environmental factors.
