Mens Diet And Food Question?

Going on a diet so can anyone give me a list of things I should be opting to eat and also foods I should stay away from. thanks

    You should eat plenty of non-starchy vegetables - green beans, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cucumbers, lettuce, cauliflower, asparagus, carrots, kale, etc.

    You should also eat adequate protein and good fats - grass fed meat, fish, eggs, cheeses, nuts & seeds.

    You should NOT eat any sugars or starchy foods - potatoes, rice, bread, wheat, flour, pasta, sugar, honey, etc. This is a totally DO NOT EAT.

    You can slip in fruit occasionally, but no more than one per day.

    Only eat food that requires refrigeration, freezing or to be stored in a dark, cool place. Only eat real food.

    If you can do this diet you can eat as much of it as you want. You're very unlikely to be able to eat too many calories. You will have an abundance of nutrients. And you will feel full and you will lose weight (fat) in the fastest way possible. Exercise is recommended but it is optional.

    There are really no certain foods to eat when you are on a diet. There are also no foods that your not "allowed" to eat. Although if you are going on a diet just cut back (not completely because this could cause binging) on the high sugar and high calorie foods. Also eat lots of whole grain. I personally enjoy eating Greek yogurt for additional protein and protein bars. Pure Protein bars are good and contain lots of protein. Also if you are into organic you could try Clif bars. Hope this helps!

    Eat alot of protein, fruit, nuts

    Stay away from like chips and processed foods
