What do you think this means?

A few days ago I ordered a facial cleanser on Amazon. Today I received it and noticed a date on the back of the bottle. The date is 12/07/12. Does this mean it's expired? Here' s a picture:

Update:

So if it's the manufacturing date, it's still good right?

    Read bottom of Label:

"Manufacturing date/Batch No (DD/MM/YY) shown on pack"

    Read Print:

    "407680 MFG 12/07/12"

The contents of this product generally do not expire as none of the ingredients have any method of going bad. This though is dependent on the environmental conditions this bottle is kept in. Such products should generally be discarded if their consistency is found to be variable from the original opening (if it is sealed)

That could just be the manufacturing date

The MFG beside it means manufacturing
