Why are there no 7-Eleven stores in Cincinnati?

Maybe they have not expanded to the midwest yet. Dunkin' Donuts in the past was just about impossible to find on the west coast but now they are starting to pop up there. Also it would be tough if there was only one 7-11 in Cincinnati because these are franchised businesses so you have to buy your product from corporate. Delivering to just one store would not be economical. Also Cincinnati has UDF which is a pretty similar.
