I got my first bra today..?

It's a sports bra, but doesn't have much padding, and you can see my nipples thru it. Is it ok if I take a few pieces of tissue and lay it flat inside my bra, just to make sure there aren't any nipples? Btw I change for gym and ppl can see my bra so..

I would suggest when changing is to face the wall or go in the bathroom. In time, you would probably end up getting a padded underwire bra.

It might not be the best solution to put toilet paper because it usually makes a square mark, so if the bras are thin enough to layer them on top of each other, that will give probably give you enough coverage.

If not CUT the tissues/toilet paper into a shape that looks normal with the shape of the bra.

    Good luck!!!

A few pieces of tissue might irritate your boobs or your nipples. But if you insist go ahead. If the tissue does irritate your boobs you should buy another bra with more padding in it.

Um a sports bra isn't even a bra you need a real bra just tell your guardian your embarrassed by your nipples and everyone can see them

Yes, it is totally ok as long as you don't put in too much. Then, if you fall or stand upside down or something with lots in your bra, it'll fall out and be embarrassing

You can do that (make sure you can't see the outline of the tissue) or you can wear a cami over it. The tissues might make you itch.
