Do I need the most update application forms when applying for Visas.?
I'm applying a Visa in Australia.
I saw the design date is a year old (2012).
I want to know does it matter about the date the documents was made.

dates on many forms and documents are simply dates on which they were last revised
if the forms have been sent to you by an official or you have downloaded them from the official website I would not be giving it any thought
