How funny is Thuthuka's definition of Xabi Alonso...?
He said to me in a email that Alonso was a box-to-box midfielder because he stays at the back and controls the midfield? So he said he was a box-to-box midfielder but gave the definition of a deep lying playmaker? (exactly what Alonso is).
Players like Yaya Toura, Khedira, Schweinsteiger, Vidal and De Rossi are box-to-box. Alonso along with players like Pirlo and Xavi are deep lying playmakers.
Keep in mind that this is the same person that thinks Illarramendi is going to play in Ozils position, just saying ;)
It isn't good if it is personal (what you post about me), this is very much Spanish Football related.
Corazon actually makes an excellent point, I personally would love it if he stopped but he seems to love doing it even if the consequence is utter embarrassment :/

Though I completely agree that Thuthuka is an idiot or a troll either way, Xavi is no way a deep lying playmaker. He's a central midfielder, he's always pushing forward.

You Maestro you need to watch more of Spanish football, not just El Clasico games only. At Sociedad Illara used to play as a forward sometimes to fill up the spaces. Ofcourse he is a defensive midfielder but he has some great attacking attributes.
Alonso is a box to box midfielder. Ask anyone on here he will agree with me and the fact that Illara has a lot of assists for Sociedad compared to Alonso proves this two players are different and can never be the same. Now do you see you've made yourself look like a idiot on here?... Wait I'm going to post a question to expose your foolishness in a few minites.
