is this a rash or a bug bite?
I have this little pimple looking my stomach.They are pretty tiny. I just got back from vacation from the Bahamas so maybe it's a bug there that leaves these bites or whatever they are. They don't itch at all so is it a rash or bug bite? Plus, I saw a lot of little white bugs crawling around so maybe that's what bit me I don't really know.

If its itching and there's a bunch of red dots in one area of your stomach then chances are it's a rash. You could also be allergic to something (but if you were chances are it would spread throughout your entire body). It sounds to me it might be a bed bug that you picked up on your vacation, but they only bite in your sleep. If you are concerned that it is a bed bug take off the sheets and check your mattress and if there are tiny bugs then you have them otherwise if you don't see them your good. But if you are concerned maybe see someone like a doctor to check it out but wait a couple of days and if its gone it was probably a bite. Also you could call an exterminator about these bugs and have them removed

If the bumps become hard and feels like they have puss under them then you need to see a doctor. My 15 month old had an infected hair folicle on his abdomen and it started to swell and it ended up turning into a boil and had to be cut open and drained. Anything can turn into an infection and nothing is your fault but it is very important that you check your little one for a fever every now and then.
