Remember when people cared about pregnant women?
My daughter told her employer she was pregnant, and a couple weeks later they laid her off, so she lost her insurance and had to get COBRA, which is $1000 / month, hard to pay with no job. Now, 2 months later they're denying her unemployment because she hasn't tried to get another job, seriously she's 6 months pregnant, no chance anyone would hire her, and the same day she gets a notice from her OBGYN they're dropping her because COBRA doesn't pay doctors enough.
Seriously, how do these people sleep at night? Is there no end to the sleaze people are capable of?
Sorry, I just needed to vent. This nation has become truly pathetic.
I noticed that about you folks in the great white north. I've been tempted believe me. Immigrating is not so easy though! You guys don't just let anyone in like we do in the US.
