Nope its not ALWAYS true. Sometimes maybe u got a bugger coming out ur nose or something(x maybe u remindhim of someone or you look so familiar to him. But yeah sometimes, he'll think ur cute or he'll like u (there's a differnce) maybe the next time he stares, be like "boo!" Lol or ask him why he's staring. Hope this helped(:
