Migraines in military basic training?

I have a problem with migraines. I always get a migraine once a week. I have my whole life. I went to the doctors and he just said that I have sinus problems and just take headach Medicean when I get them. They only last half the day usually or a couple of hours. But I'm planing on joining the marines. What will happen if I have a headach during boot camp every week. Will I get kicked out? Or should I just suck it up. Sometimes my headachs are so bad that I don't even want to leave my bed. What do I do? No stupid answers. I know it's a stupid question but I want to know because I know marines do a lot of PT during boot. People with this same problem please answer.

Thanks!

Update:

Not migraines, I'm sorry, just headachs. I have high blood pressure. That might be why? I'm underweight and just low tempered. Might be that?

Sounds like you are a DQ if you can't get out of bed.

You won't even get in. Better check up on this before you go any further in your thinking.

BTW, if you think you are a potential MARINE, why do you have a USAF seal as your logo? It's an insult to the USMC.

EDIT: "I have high blood pressure." is another DQ if it's high enough. Check it out. You might want to look at another future.

Migraine, bad headache, either way it is debilitating and that is a DQ. You can't refuse to get out of bed... not ever. You also have high blood pressure, low weight... Seriously, you need to look for another line of employment. Since you have been diagnosed and prescribed "medicean" (which I'm not even sure what the hell that is) you will have zero luck in enlisting.

Time for a plan b... Just make it something that doesn't involve spelling correctly.

you CAN enlist thank you for the dumbass's that say otherwise, I'm in the army right now 11B and I have a headache just about everyday and usual migraines as well. I don't know the severity of your migraines and if your going into a combat position I would not advise mentioning it when you enlist and during basic you can talk with someone about it later. But at basic you can take prescription meds just make sure you clear it with someone first or you could get in major trouble. But truthfully your a Marine now, Embrace The Suck!

If you join and do not mention this, you have to know that the military stress will make them worse. You can always go on sickcall and get 24 hour quarters, but in basic or AIT if you miss too much training you will be recycled. At my first duty station I got migraine meds. I have worked with headaches before if the headache came on after sickcall hours.

A history of migraines is a permanent medical DQ. So you either suck it or admit you lied at MEPS and take your punishment for fraudulent enlistment and your RE-4 discharge. You will not say you have migraines in basic, Quote: "e. History of headaches (784.0), including but not limited to migraines (346) and tension headaches." is disqualifying

iF YOUr migraines are severe enough or headaches is severe enough that needs medications, then that is dq with no waivers, because meds arnt allowed in boot camp,

It is pretty unusual to be high bp, underweight and low body/temp. i am pretty low weight 132lb, 110/63-(93/52) bp Heart rate is 85-120(weird). my core temp is 96.5F.

    What is your heart rate?

Hbp is considered when its above 120/70 consistently for some amount of time

SUBMIT YOUR MED RECORDS TO THE RECRUITER.

You'll have to suck it up.

You "could" hit sick bay when you get them, but then you'd get "that kind" of reputation and everyone will be looking at you hard.

Maybe you should think about a different branch?
