a ctredit report question?

I've been getting money taken out of my check by my employer to pay child support i owe. Yesterday i got my credit report because i 'm in the process of moving. On the credit report it says I've had 7 delinquent payments in the last 2 years, a few being 120 days late how is this possible? Why am i being punished for paying on time? Or is it my employer who is causing this by making the payments late? And if so what can I do about it? Any help would be greatly appreciated because I'm 2 days from being homeless...

If it is on the credit report, dispute it. They have 30 days to respond. You can also ask HR what the problem is.
