How to run gta 4 in fullscreen?

My gta 4 came in windowed mode. how to run it in full screen?

    Open up commandline.txt found in your gta iv folder and delete:

    -windowed

    and copy and paste:

    -norestrictions

    Acer is the reason your having problems they are nothing but junk. get rid of it and buy a better brand. youll continue to have problems if you keep it. stop playing games on a lap top they are not made for high graphic games they overheat.
