Best time of day to workout (pre buds workout)?
I downloaded the naval special warfare physical training guide on the SEAL/SWCC website. The regiment calls for both cardio and strength training in a day, 6 days a week. Should I run in the morning and follow immediately with strength training or should I wait to strength train in the evening. What is the best combination. My schedule is flexible and I am able to wake up early or stay up late. Thank you to all that reply.

Running in the morning is a good way to wake yourself up. After you run you should immediately follow with strength training so that you have the rest of the day to rest yourself, especially if you're going to be doing this 6 days a week. Rest is key. Make sure you don't work on the same muscles for strength training though. Switch muscle groups each day so you do upper body one day and then your lower body the next. I hope this helps! (:
