Let's assume, for the sake of argument, that he was indeed a pot-smoking thief who owned a gun (but didn't have it that night) and had an underage girlfriend.
Now, what part of that is justification to kill him?

The Prosecutors said its not relevant....You forgot that He was mixing Codine cough syrup, Skittles, and Watermelon Arizona ice tea, to get High, thats why he had liver damage too.. thats all on his Twitter feed
