What's the name of this song? Video includes a lot of hair, dancers covered in long hair?

It's a bit of a mental music video, people singing in the video have flashes where the hair from their head gets transplanted onto their faces, leaving the backs of their heads bald. Then there's a scene where a man and woman dance in a room, the man has dark curly hair and the woman has long straight blonde hair, and as they dance the hair from their heads instead covers all of their bodies leaving the backs of their heads bald. And also a scene called 'ginger' where a read headed woman lounges on a hairy ginger chair.

Dead weird, I wanted to show my friend but I've forgotten the name of the band/song. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
