How can I PRINT SCREEN to Paint program to save it?

Once a student showed me how, with a couple of key strokes, how you can use the PRINT SCREEN key and send it to Paint to edit or save a copy. I forgot how to do it. do you know? oh, I just use the basic PAINT program in Windows Accessories, which is all she used as well.

Thank you!

Press the PrtSc button next to F12. This takes a picture of your screen.

Open Paint and press Ctrl and V at the same time. This will paste the screenshot.

From here, you can save the screenshot.
