Excessive sweating when sleeping. What is this?
I am 18 years old and most nights in the past month my shirt has been completely drenched and i've had to get up, freezing cold, to take the shirt off and quickly turn the heater on; sometimes multiple times a night.
Last night i fell asleep for about 10-20 minutes, I'm not sure how long exactly but a 30 minute video i started to watch was still playing when i woke up, and my arms were already wet and i was very hot.
It's mid winter here.

My God, I seem to have the same thing. Every night for the past few weeks, I've woke up drenched in sweat and have to change my clothes. I thought it might be some flu thing, but it's been to long. I hope someone comes up with a answer soon. Best of luck.
