Why does anyone believe there is a God?

Religion and God are two very different things.

You talk about them like they are somehow connected.

Don't blame God for all of the nonsense that religion makes up about Her.

You sound so bitter and self-righteous like you have all the answers and that everyone else has no sense. Romans 1:20 (of course you would need to pick up a Bible) testifies to the fact that creation and the things man is not able to explain gives evidence there is a God. Man did not create himself, nor the universe. You choose not to believe there is a God--your right. I absolutely believe there is one--my right. Maybe give thought to mutual respect?

John even proving that no God exists within our current belief system does not mean there is not a God. Disproving every man made religion does not disprove God. That is impossible.

No scientific study can prove there is not something greater than us and that is a fact.

Hindus do not worship animals, get your facts straight.

As for the rest of them, I think they just lack the imagination to believe anything interesting.

God made Himself known to me over 30 years ago. Until He makes Himself known to you, you cannot experience what knowing Him and living His way of life are about.

You are being stupid now. Praying is not all about answering. God wants us something to do. Praying is to worship God, love God, brings inner peace and closer to God, and prevent from sinning on remembering God.
