i want to gain muscle , and to be fit. . im feeling weak all time. . my height is 172 cm , and my weight is 72. .

I think u should switch on 2 a very high protein diet. Skip carbohydrates as it burns fast and make u feel hungry very often. Protein burns slower as compared 2 carb and gives u energy. Protein also plays a major role in building muscles. U can consult any of ur family doctor 2 know about any protein supplement or protein powders, which are easily available over the counters. One of them being ProteinX but 2 b on the safer side just consult some doctor first. TC

To gain weigth, you need to consume more calorie than your daily need, eat more, lift hard, have some good nutrion after some you'll have a good weight and body....
