What would you do if you were being followed?

What would you do if you were walking through a neighborhood you didn't belong in, and somebody started following you?

Would you:

A.) Run Away

B.) Call the police

C.) Not walk through a gated community at night you didn't belong in the first place

D.) Hide in the bushes and then assault the guy following you, break his nose, get in the full mount position and pummel his face, and then repeatedly slam his skull into the pavement like a savage barbarian?

I would personally call the police. There are some tactics for avoiding stalkers.

    A. Martin allegedly did this. He was followed again.

    B. That would have been more common sense than running, but people who are caught off guard don't always think.

    C. Martin did belong in the community. He was staying with family.

    D. We only have Zimmerman's word that Trayvon was the first to attack. We don't have facts.

You people believe anything but what actually happened, which is that Zimmerman disrespected the law and should be in prison for the fatal results. If he'd listened, he would have known that Trayvon was no threat.

There's such a thing as a fight-or-flight reaction. I'm too old for fighting, so I would stop where I was, turn, and call 911 while staring at my stalker. I've done this once before when I was threatened by a person who turned out to have mental problems. But a younger person may not think clearly and will resort to the 'fight' response. That's why this shooting is a needless tragedy. Trayvon was scared and his instincts made him react in a way that got him killed.

He lived 2 buildings from where he was shot so he had every right to be there. I would turn around and tell him to **** off and when he still came at me I would stand my ground and try to knock him down and slam his skull into the concrete because it is my right to kill him at that point. I do not have a duty to retreat or call the police or anything else under SYG I can kill him. But if he had a gun he would shoot me and we would only hear his side of the story.

First off. To clarify your question.

Martin was staying within a house in that neighborhood. He had every right to be on that street.

Now to answer the question. Depends on a case by case. If I was in Martin shoes. I wouldn't lead him back to my younger 12 your old brother. I would probably get the person to declare their intentions. If he still follows. I'd knock him out. Then go home, so my brother isn't going to be risked death by the stalker.
