Can I celebrate a "Special Birthday" through a poem?

Question

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SISTER MEGAN!!!

She’s the Hutch to my Starsky,
new young miss to my old mister;
once niece, though much more daughter,
one year ago became my sister!

Knowing through my own perception,
live birth first, spirit latter,
it’s spirit, active chosen,
that’s the “birth” that will most matter!

Chronology is just a race down
the path to who’s, first, graved;
whereas spirit’s path is for all time,
and shared with all the saved!

I, then, claim it more important,
and when others ask me why,
I say, “It’s when we sign the deed…
to our mansion in the sky!”

I hope she has a great birthday -
and how cool of you to write such a neat, celebratory poem Rayven!
(I`d have not used `grave` ...there must be another term, ...but..that`s me!).
I like your reference to `In My Father`s House are Many Mansions`
for some reason..and hoping there are some equally loved - up accommodations
for the rest of we plebs!
Anyway, glad to read such a `here and there` Birthday tribute
to a sister you are so fond of - and
so jovially declared! :) (:

Let me get this straight, your Niece has joined your Convent?
No need for those commas around "first".
"Deed" deserves to be capitalised.
