No. That's ridiculous, you know nothing about the subject how are you supposed to even begin to come up with a specific topic to study?? It's like me asking "I have a BSc in Physics, can I do an MSc in Fine Art?". It's pretty obvious the answer is going to be no. You picked your subjects, you need to either study a BSc or BA in Finance or something related to the subject at least a bit OR study an MSc in chemistry or computer science.
