Why can't young earth creationists provide a reasonable explanation of vestigial organs/features?
I've heard denials but no explanation.
Goosebumps, for example, a feature useful and necessary when we were covered in scales/fur/thick hair all over, but completely useless now. How do they fit into a story of "perfection" where there would be no extra or unnecessary features?

They think they do. It's just that what rational people consider "reasonable" is not the same as what a creationist considers "reasonable." They think, "my imaginary god can do any magic trick it wants to" is a "reasonable explanation." We don't.

If goosebumps were completely useless, they would not instruct us that we are getting cold, and that we need to cover up. Seems very useful to me.
The creationists do have a reasonable explanation: That everything has a function, but we might not know what that function is. Evolutionists have preemptively designated over 100 vestigal organs, based on not seeing any function.
That's not science, that's jumping to conclusions.

the list of vestigial organs in 1890 was 180 the list had shrunk to 0 that;s 0 in 1999, maybe you should do some more research

Because they can't. Young earth creationism is not grounded in fact, but rather myth.
