Was told i have high cholesterol and iron stores. What does this mean?

I'm 18 and had a blood test because of chest pain but it was all clear besides high cholesterol and iron stores.

I have a terrible diet atm so that would explain the cholesterol but what do the high iron stores mean?

What is are high iron stores?

    Your iron levels are high. This can be a problem in men and older women, but not usually. You can donate blood in order to lower the levels.
