Going by religious standards no. To religious people 'god' is a human being. Those who believe in matter fall in the lines of scientists and philosophy. I'm one that believes in the philosophy/science that everything is made up of matter, but matter doesn't = any sort of 'god'. That is why I'm atheist. To atheists there is no 'god' which excludes that any sort of religion is real. While some believe that atheism means 'to believe in nothing' that is not true it simply means the belief there isn't a god which leaves room for philosophical and scientific views of life.

God is not made of anything. If he were made of matter though, then we could say that matter always existed.

If he were made of energy, then we could say that energy always existed. (matter and energy are interchangeable)

God however is made of the same stuff as other imagined beings are made of.

God is not a physical person. God is a spirit person. God is a 'holy spirit' or a 'good spirit'. Spirit persons do not have any physical image or matter.

Gods are characters in old stories. Gods are purely fictional. As such they do not exist and are not made of matter.
