To play games just type them in at the top bar for example "Candy cruch saga" - very popular game.
Don't add too many people at one time or Facebook will not really like it, just slow down a little.
You can video chat if you want to but most people just text chat

1.You can play games on fb by going to App center and clicking on any game that you want to play.
2.The main reason that you are blocked can be that the person you are sending friend request has blocked you.
3.Yes you can voice chat or video call over the net.
