Does garner fructis length and strength really works ?

Hii, I recently went to the hair salon for a little trim. But it seems that the hairdresser misunderstood me because she cut it WAY too short ( chin length ) I had hair that was way till my elbows !! Pleeeeaaase help , is there a home remedy that would make it longer faster ?? Also does garnier length and strength really work ?? Because my hair is VERY poofy VERY dry and frizzy . And it looks horrible because it's so short !

Any home remedy to make it longer or at least less poofy
