Which one is better for getting soft hair ?

Well im average weight i guess and everyone says that but i wanna get skinnier is there a diet i can do that would help me lose a few pounds in the next two months or so- example of diet-eating vegetables only all day idk or something like that. Pls along with the diet say how much will it take to see a difference an how many pounds will i shed.

ok so ive been trying to grow my hair out, and its working. but my hair is very crunchy if you know what i mean. as in it feels so rough like a sponge. plus its so dry and rough in the ends that its spiky in the ends. pantene made my hair fall out so did herbal essences. the rest that u could think of didnt do much. however i am wondering which of these three should i use- bedhead - tresemme-garnier fructis. also home remedies

Hiiiii, so a year and a few months ago I cut my hair. when I was little my hair used to grow EXTREMLY FAST!! I mean fast fast. Now, it grows slowwww. I mean, when I cut it a while back it was to my collar bone, now its only 4 inches below that!!!:( usually I would have had a haircut AGAIN and it would be to my WAIST! I don't know what happened.i tried some home remedies that worked but then it stopped! plus my hair is SOOOOO FRIZZY-DRY-UNMANAGABLE-CURLY-ROUGHso PLZ don't answer if you will say nothing grows ur hair- 2 questions

does drinking water make hair longer ?

i got my hair cut way too short a few months ago about chin lengths. its now to my armpits but gets EXTREMLY puffy which makes it look horrible. Are there any home remedies besides healthy diet that can make it grow faster. also any natural remedies to make it less puffy and glossier.

i used to have super frizzy and rough hair its kind of better now. but its very curly, not tight curls but fairly curly. i wanna know if there are any home remedies to loosen them up and make my hair sleeker with NO HEAT . also how can i smooth it out and make it silkier using home remedies.

Hii, I recently went to the hair salon for a little trim. But it seems that the hairdresser misunderstood me because she cut it WAY too short ( chin length ) I had hair that was way till my elbows !! Pleeeeaaase help , is there a home remedy that would make it longer faster ?? Also does garnier length and strength really work ?? Because my hair is VERY poofy VERY dry and frizzy . And it looks horrible because it's so short !

My hair is very rough and dry, very frizzy and dull not soft at all. i've tried pantene-sunsilk-herbal essences - loreal paris - garnier fructis. But nothing worked for me. pleeease help.
